Cancellation and Time Keeping Policy

Important Notice

Whilst I understand we are all busy people and plans and circumstances change, can I kindly request that if you need to cancel your appointment, please give 48hrs notice.

This will allow me to offer the appointment to another person.

 48-hour cancellation policy:

• Appointments cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the appointment time will be issued a full refund.

• Last minute cancellations or you do not show up for your appointment will not be refunded.
